Return & Refund Policy

If you will pay extra money or there will be any mistake, while paying our service fees or adding money into your investor balance, we're here to help.
Once we receive your feedback, we will inspect the details and notify you that we have received your response. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the issue.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will return your money in 7 days after you contact our support team and ask for refund (support email is given at the bottom of this page and on the contact page).
If investor wants to take basis before the Contract is expired, he/she has to send written notice about withdrawal of the money and Company has 30 working days to return money. Counting of interest stops, when the written notice is made.
Return isn't available for purchasing our consultation services. (Such as financial consulting, analytics, expertise, outsource, etc.)
All other things, that are connected with refund the investment is regulated by agreement, which you will sign before transferring money (agreement is shown for registered users only).
